What is the best way to reach the venue using public transport?
Zero Latency Gold Coast is located in Southport and can be reached using the Gold Coast’s G:link light rail and local bus services. The Southport area is well connected by public transport, and several stops are located within walking distance of the venue.
Are there parking facilities available at or near the venue?
Yes. Zero Latency Gold Coast offers plenty of free on-site parking for guests, making it easy to arrive by car. Additional street parking may also be available in the surrounding Southport area depending on the time of day.
What do I need to wear?
Our VR games involve a lot of movement, so we recommend wearing light comfortable clothes and comfortable covered shoes. No heels, hats, other belongings are permitted while playing. Lockers are available for free whilst playing our games.
Can I bring my own food or drinks into the venue?
Outside catering is not permitted at the venue. However, guests can enjoy drinks from our on-site licensed bar. Customers may bring their own drink bottles for hydration. As we are a licensed venue, BYO is not permitted. Catering options are available with event bookings.
How many players can participate in a single Zero Latency session?
We have 1x free-roam VR Arena, each session accommodates up to eight players in the same immersive arena experience. Our large-scale 200sqm arena allows players to move freely through virtual worlds together. Larger groups can be accommodated across consecutive session times.
What activities are available at Zero Latency Gold Coast?
In addition to free-roam virtual reality, our Gold Coast venue offers a range of entertainment experiences including vrCAVE virtual reality escape rooms, 7x Axe throwing lanes, arcade-style games, and an on-site bar. This variety of activities makes the venue perfect for parties, team building events, and group celebrations.
What age groups can participate?
Zero Latency Gold Coast is suitable for players aged 10 and above. While younger guests are welcome, the experiences are designed to deliver exciting gameplay that adults and seasoned gamers will also enjoy.
