What is the best way to reach the venue using public transport?
Zero Latency Auckland is conveniently located in Auckland CBD and is easily accessible by public transport. Britomart Transport Centre is within walking distance and connects you to Auckland’s train network, major bus routes, and ferry services. Several city bus routes stop nearby, and the Downtown Ferry Terminal is only a short walk away, making it easy to reach us from across Auckland and the North Shore.
Are there parking facilities available at or near the venue?
We have paid parking spaces available along the side of our building. Please scan the QR code in the carpark for payment details. Street parking may also be available depending on the time of day. We recommend allowing extra time during weekends and peak evening periods to find parking.
What dining options are close to the venue?
Our closest venue to eat would be LYLO accommodation opposite our venue, although being located in Auckland CBD means you’re surrounded by fantastic dining options. Queen Street, SkyCity, the Viaduct Harbour, and Wynyard Quarter precincts are all nearby and offer everything from casual cafés to premium waterfront restaurants and bars.
Can I bring my own food or drinks into the venue?
Outside catering is not permitted inside the venue, except when catering has been pre-arranged for private events or group bookings. We offer catering packages for corporate events and celebrations, and there are many fantastic dining options located nearby in Auckland CBD. Customers are welcome to bring their own drink bottle for hydration, alternatively we have non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase.
How many players can participate in a single session?
Each free-roam VR session accommodates up to eight players in the same immersive experience within our 200sqm arena. For larger groups, we can schedule back-to-back sessions. Weekday group discounts are available for larger bookings.
What age groups can participate?
Zero Latency Auckland is suitable for players aged 10 and above. While younger guests are welcome, our games are designed to deliver thrilling, high-quality experiences that adults and seasoned gamers will also enjoy.
What do I need to wear?
Our VR games involve a lot of movement, so we recommend wearing light comfortable clothes and comfortable covered shoes. No heels, hats, other belongings are permitted while playing. Lockers are available for free whilst playing our games.
