TERMS OF SERVICE



The terms of service apply to bookings at Zero Latency North Melbourne and Brisbane. For all other venues, please contact the venue using the information on the locations page.

Bookings

Booking changes or cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the session time. Cancelled tickets will be returned to the purchaser as a credit voucher to redeem at the venue of purchase. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking, late arrivals, and no-shows will not receive a credit voucher.

Cancellations, late arrivals, no-shows, change of mind, and gift vouchers are not eligible for a refund. For any other issues relating to the purchase, please contact the venue using the contact information on the locations page.

Players should arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes prior to the booking start time. All experiences begin at the booking start time. Late arrivals are unable to be accommodated to ensure staff can provide a full experience.

 

Health & Safety

Players under the influence of drugs or alcohol, displaying unsafe behaviour, or failing to follow safety directions from staff will be denied or removed from the experience. Denied or removed players are not eligible for a credit voucher or refund.

Players must meet the age requirement for all games in the booking and be taller than 130cm to participate. 

Players under the age of 18 require a parent or guardian to co-sign the liability waiver. Players aged 16 and under must be supervised at all times while at the venue.

The experience is not suitable for players that are pregnant, require assistance with mobility, are deaf or hearing impaired, are blind, or have a heart condition. For more information about the experience or accessibility, please contact the venue using the information on the locations page.

The experience may trigger epileptic seizures, seizures, fainting, or severe dizziness, even in people who have no history of these conditions. Players with a previous history of epilepsy or seizures, loss of awareness, or other symptoms linked to an epileptic condition should consult a doctor before playing the experience. 

 

Gift Vouchers

These terms and conditions apply to purchases and redemptions of Zero Latency Gift Vouchers:

  • Gift Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.

  • Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at the venue location it has been purchased for, and cannot be transferred to a different venue location.

  • Gift Vouchers are to be treated as cash and cannot be refunded and/or replaced if lost, stolen, previously printed and used or damaged.

  • Gift Vouchers are released to the purchaser or recipient via email but they can be printed, reprinted or emailed as required.

  • Gift Voucher codes are unique​,​ can be used repeatedly and transferred to another customer for use until the value has been redeemed.

  • Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online at https://www.zerolatencyvr.com.

  • Any outstanding balance will be ​retained on the same Gift Voucher code which can be used until the value has been redeemed​.

  • Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or used to purchase Gift Vouchers.

  • Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed for ticket purchases.



Promotion Codes

These terms and conditions apply to promotions where a promotion code is redeemed by a customer to obtain a promotional offer:

  • To apply the promotion code, it must be entered prior to completing the order.

  • The promotion code cannot be applied to previously placed orders.

  • The promotion code is valid for a limited time only, and cannot be extended beyond the stated expiry date in the offer.

  • Promotion codes are valid for online bookings only.

  • Promotion codes cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. 

  • Each promotion code can be used only once, unless specified otherwise.

  • The promotion code is subject to all restrictions set forth in the offer.

  • The promotion code is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.

  • If a purchase with a promotion code is subsequently cancelled by the customer, the customer will be issued with a credit voucher or refund to the amount paid, and not the full value of the booking.

  • Promotion codes may not be combined with other offers.

  • The validity of a promotion code can be changed by Zero Latency at any time, without any prior notification.

  • Should any of the above promotional terms and conditions not be adhered to, Zero Latency, in its own discretion, reserves all of its rights to render any promotion invalid. This may mean that the promotion code discount will not apply.
